I have an intermittent green light blinking on my HP LC3760N LCD HDTV where the power on light usually comes on. I fell asleep with my TV on during an electrical storm to find my TV in this condition. I have not been able to turn the TV on since, but the blinking green light comes on every time I plug the TV in. Is there a way to fix this problem without spending half the cost (1000/2=500) of the TV?

I bought it at Costco, so I can return it, but its sold out so I can’t get the same set. For the price its a great deal, but I have one little green dot that’s always there, which is super annoying. From what I’ve read, since its not black, its a stuck pixel, not a dead one, which can possibly go away or be fixed. I’ve heard about jscreenfix and other things and want to know if anyone has success. If I have to return it the next best thing is a 23″ Samsung for $100 more. The one I have now is a Viewsonic 26″. Any advice?

My LCD HDTV sometimes turns a static green that seems like the reception is messed up but the connection is correctly in place.
No matter what channel, if theirs black or green, it then turns into the static green.

Anytime i watch the lcd screen in blueray or dvd, there is a green line at the bottom of the screen that spans horizontally. I tried two different playstation 3s. Again, it seems to only do this in blueray or dvd mode. Any ideas?

the static used to come and go but now it seems permanent. i don’t know if it’s my outlet or not or i have to take it to a repair shop. please give me some solutions.

I have seen this hundreds of times and it’s a bad panel. If it’s not under warranty then live with it or buy a new one. a bad LCD panel costs too much to repair.If you do replace it, I’m sure there is hundreds of people that you can find that would take it and be quite happy. Keeps it out of the landfills.
