		<description>IF you change the channel, and go back....does it disappear?
If so it&#039;s just the Digital Datastream got a hiccup in it and it needed cleared out.....Changing channels just dumps the bad data and replaces it with good data....
Other than that, if it&#039;s CONSTANTLY noisy blacks or greens, then it should be checked by a technician...
But I ALWAYS suggest the TV and any box....Cable or Satellite be UNPLUGGED from the power for a minimum of 5 minutes to RESET all microprocessors involved with video processing.....
It&#039;s a MUST to do that.....</description>
